Carpets

Step 1: Pre-inspection- This is a very important step. This allows us to set up a plan to service your carpet and to answer any questions and concerns, and to determine if there are any stains that cannot be removed so there are no surprises at the end of the cleaning. Note: Not all stains can be removed completely.

Step 2: Pre-vacuum- this is a very important step to remove dry soil and debris. Wet soil and debris are difficult to remove when carpet is wet.

Step 3: Moving furniture (optional)- We do not move furniture so we ask you if you can kindly move furniture. (We will move over some sofas and dining table.)

Step 4: Applying a pre-spot treatment- We use a enzyme soil lifter to pre-treat spots and traffic lanes and give it about 15 minutes dwell time.

Step 5: Agitate (If needed)- We use a counter rotating scrubbing machine to loosen up spots and soiled areas and to fluff up the carpet fibers.

Step 6: Extract & Rinse with a Neutralizer- We use the truck mount system to do a hot water extraction and rinse. Usually carpet dries in 6 hours.

Step 7: Apply Carpet Protector (optional, for additional charge)- After cleaning, we supply plastic shoe covers. 

Tile & Grout Cleaning

The process

Inspection: We look at the type of the tile and the condition of the grout to determine the right product and amount to be used.

Step 1: Pre-treat- We use the IPS sprayer to evenly (no over spray) spray product over tile & grout. We allow 15 minutes dwell time to lift soil and grease out of the grout lines. This is very important step for great results.

Step 2: Agitate- We use a special equipment called a 'Brush Pro'. It comes with two counter rotating brushes to get down in the grout lines and tile (For maximum cleaning results).

Step 3: Rinse- We use the truck mount and tiles and spinner wand to thoroughly rinse and extract cleaning product. 

Step 4: Wipe down & Apply floor blower- To speed up the drying process with usually takes under 1 hour to dry.

Upholstery Cleaning

Step 1: Pre-vacuum- This is a very important step to remove and dry soil first so the cleaning product and the rinsing process to work properly.

Step 2: Pre-treat- We pre-spray an enzyme soil lifter and agitate any spots and soiled areas with a soft brush.

Step 3: Hot water rinse- We use a upholstery tool called 'The shear dry' to do a hot water rinse and extraction at a low vacuum pressure to ensure no damage to upholstery.

Step 4: Set up high speed blower- We set up a high speed blower to speed up drying process. Upholstery usually takes up to 2 hours to 5 hours to dry.
